Role Purpose
Frank Keane Volkswagen are Ireland’s Largest Volkswagen dealers located in Liffey Valley Motor Mall and Deansgrange. We have showrooms that have been fully equipped and developed to the very latest Volkswagen standards. As a result of strong demand from Volkswagen customers, we have an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our talented team as we expand to become the first choice for Volkswagen in Dublin.

Some of our successes to date include winning the 2014 SIMI Franchised Sales Operation of the Year award and 2014 Volkswagen Dealer of the Year. Experience in an accounts department in the motor trade and exposure to Kerridge DMS is desirable but not a necessity.
Main responsibilities:
- Reconciling & allocation of direct debits and incoming payments through the bank
- Posting daily lodgement & bank card transactions
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Circulate weekly working capital schedules to senior management
- Preparation of prepayments & accruals
- Assist with the preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- Assist in reconciliation of the balance sheet
- Payroll duties
- Ad hoc duties as required by the business
Required specification:
- Flexible, organised and be prepared to work hard as part of a small team to meet deadlines
- Good computer skills are a must, including proficient use of Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills relating to work colleagues and customers
