When we push ourselves to act smarter, do things better, and make life simpler and easier for our customers, these are our values in action. This is who we are, and when we do this together, we achieve more and at pace.
Volkswagen Group Ireland is very diverse. Everybody is welcomed and encouraged to succeed.

We are part of society. We take on social responsibility. We pay attention to the environmental compatibility of our products and processes, and improve them, every day.
We do the right thing out of inner conviction, even if no one is watching. We are not afraid of hierarchies and say openly what we think. We listen to one another and find the best solution together.
We do the right thing out of inner conviction, even if no one is watching. We are not afraid of hierarchies and say openly what we think. We listen to one another and find the best solution together.
We are bold. Innovative. Inventors. Movers. We let go and think afresh. We shape the mobility of tomorrow.
We are different. Unique. Part of the greater whole. We are open to other ways of thinking, to new experiences and solutions. We approach one another with respect, as equals.
We stand for sustainable products and quality. We make an important contribution to the company’s success, with passion, with conviction, effectively. We are proud of what we do and how we do it.
We work together, without hesitation or complications, worldwide. We are bridge builders, not gatekeepers. Together unbeatable. We stand united, as one team.
We can be counted on. We do what we say and say what we do candidly, honestly. We keep our promises.
Acting with integrity and in compliance with our Code of Conduct is of crucial importance for the success and resilience of Volkswagen Group Ireland. This is why we have made integrity and compliance an essential element of our business strategy.
Our objective is to act as a role model in this area and deepen the trust of existing and future employees, customers, shareholders and partners. We have set out the ethical basis of our actions in our Code of Conduct and in the Group Essentials.
Our Values in Action
Volkswagen Group Ireland chose Global Action Plan as one of our charity partners in 2022/2023. Throughout the year, staff members from our Liffey Valley office have volunteered at the GLAS (Green Living & Sustainability) Community Garden in Ballymun, helping to produce organic food while learning more about the sustainability goals of this inspiring project. It has been a hugely rewarding and mutually beneficial venture, with staff working together towards common goals and getting the GIY bug, all while benefitting the local community. A big thank you to Hans Zomer and all the team from Global Action Plan for letting us be a small part of this inspirational initiative
Volkswagen Group Ireland & Volkswagen Financial Services took to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre to support our charity partner, the Irish Cancer Society, in aid of their biggest annual event, Daffodil Day.
This year we partnered with FoodCloud, and our employees have enjoyed volunteering at their hub, redistributing food (that would have been wasted) to hundreds of charities around Ireland. 9% of the Irish population live in food poverty or uncertainty, up 2% since the pandemic.
We are delighted to support Volkswagen Passengers cars in their sponsorship of the Dublin Pride Festival. We are planning for this years event and can't wait to celebrate Diversity, Equality & Inclusion and have some fun.
