Volkswagen Group Ireland wants an adaptable and talented workforce with employees who possess the skills, abilities and mind-set to meet our customer’s needs today and tomorrow. The company recognises that learning and development contribute to enhanced job performance, as well as contributing to the broader professional development of employees. The Learning & Development Plan is updated annually to reflect the content of all individual personal development plans, plus other Company’s training objectives.
Educational Support
At Volkswagen Group Ireland we encourage the development of employees through further education and the attainment of qualifications that are job related or in line with future career development. A percetage of the course fee will be paid on behalf of the employee to the relevant institution and we offer a payment plan to cover the employees contribution.
