Aftersales
- Our relationship with our customers doesn’t end when they receive their new vehicle.
- Aftersales covers the management of the relationship we share with our customers as they live with and enjoy their vehicle.
- No two days are ever the same in a Dealerships Aftersales Department, each day brings different customers and vehicles, as well as new challenges and opportunities.
- The Dealerships Aftersales Department encompasses the Parts Department, Service Department, Workshop and Warranty Department.
- Due to the numerous roles within the Department, there are ample opportunities for development, many Aftersales and Service managers began their careers as apprentice technicians.
