- Providing accurate and up-to-date financial information to our brands and other business functions and managers, such as costs, revenue, cash flow, break-even point, profit and loss, and business performance
- Making sound investment decisions that involve analysing long-term projects and their cash flows to determine their profitability and return potential
- Making optimal financing decisions that involve choosing the best mix of debt and equity to fund the business activities and maintain a sound capital structure
- Making appropriate dividend decisions that involve deciding how much of the profit to distribute to shareholders and how much to retain for future growth
- Managing liquidity and working capital ensures the business has enough cash to meet its short-term obligations and operate efficiently
