Annual Leave
Employees are entitled to 25 days annual holidays, in addition to Irish public holidays. Annual leave entitlement increases by one day for staff with five full years’ service and by two days for staff with ten full years’ service.
Holiday Flex Scheme
Employees are entitled to buy or sell up to 5 days annual leave per year.
Hybrid Working
Employees are required to work 50% of their time in the office over a two week period. Employees can choose to do more days if they wish to do so.
