The IT team are responsible for setting the technology strategy and roadmap for Volkswagen Group Ireland while creating innovative technological solutions, maintaining applications and optimising security. They are also experts in Volkswagen Group’s global business processes and systems and are proficient at implementing business critical, future focused change programmes.
Team members are responsible for Information Security, Project Managment, Customer Experience, Business Analysis, Network Infrastructure and they work with stakeholders from across the organisation in Ireland and with our colleagues abroad.
IT Helpdesk Team

The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support and assistance.

Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance, these users can be internal or part of the wider dealer network.

Interact with users from all parts of the business to resolve their computer problems to help them get back up running smoothly again.

Wide variety of systems means no two days are the same on the helpdesk.
