Network roles are changing and growing

Network sales roles now incorporate more aspects than just vehicle sales, financial sales or showroom host activities.
You will be the experts in all areas of product, connectivity, and mobility and be fully versed in online sales, fleet and commercial leasing and private leasing sales channels.
Social Media experts trained to drive sales in a modern way to our expanding customer base.
We are focused on building and retaining our customer base.

Customer Relationship Managers now lead in aftersales, building on and redeveloping the traditional Service & Parts Advisor roles.
Volkswagen Group Ireland offers a full training program to these staff in our state-of-the-art training facility.
We offer face-to-face and web-based training, allowing you to learn and upskill at a pace that suits you.
You will also have access to a product and system knowledge library because we see you as the connection to our customers and experts in your field.

Our Technicians are upskilling with High Voltage Expert training which will enable you to become the BEV experts and meet the vehicles in the future.
A requirement to fundamentally understand Advance Driver Assistance Systems and software programming are now just as important as the more traditional aspects of the role.
Technicians now need to be so much more and carry ever-increasing technical abilities into the future as our vehicle complexity increases.  

We'd like you to learn as you earn to access an Apprenticeship. We offer manufacturer training at the same time as you complete your Solas curriculum.
So as you complete your apprenticeship, you can also gain your Volkswagen General Technician and High Voltage Technician certification.
A Volkswagen Master Technician qualification is recognised across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.
Volkswagen Group Ireland has the ability and commitment to take you there.
